Mission:

The missions of the Application Technology Research Unit (ATRU) are basic and developmental research on new or improved application technology to protect horticultural, landscape and field crops against damage from pests and adverse environmental conditions, while safeguarding environmental quality, food safety and worker safety; and on production and handling systems for nursery and greenhouse industries.
